The cooler is used with the dryer to cool down the temperature of the dried material and facilitate packaging.
It is suitable for cooling organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers after drying. It can directly cool the fertilizer granules from 65- 85C to close to normal temperature， which is convenient for timely packaging and prevents agglomeration during storage.
The finished granules enter the cooling machine by the belt conveyor through the inlet of the cooling machine. As the cylinder rotates, the granules are brought to a certain height by the lifting plate. When the angle between the lifting plate and the horizontal plane is further increased, the granules gradually fall to form a material screen. Repeat this process many times, when the granules reach the discharge port, the temperature of granules has dropped to normal temperature.
