1. The steel for the complete set of equipment is made of Anshan Iron and Steel Q235 plate, and the channel steel, square steel and other plates are all national standards. ​

2. The equipment motor is a well-known brand copper core motor with a 1-year warranty. If there is any quality problem within 1 year, it will be replaced free of charge. ​

3. The equipment reducer is a Chengxiang Heavy Industry reducer with a one-year warranty. If there is any quality problem within one year, it will be replaced free of charge. ​

4. The gears, ring gears and rolling rings of the complete set of equipment are made of #45 steel castings. If they are not damaged by external force, they will be replaced free of charge within 3 years.

1. Based on the contract signing date, the goods will be shipped on time;

2. Find vehicle sources according to customer requirements and reduce delivery costs;

3. Notify the customer before delivery, and contact the customer to pick up the goods after arriving at the designated location;

4. Ensure that the equipment is not damaged, missing or has quality issues before loading;

5. In the event of environmental inspections, natural disasters, or force majeure, both parties will negotiate and amicably resolve the delivery date.
